Welcome Evan Barrett on the Constitutional Convention

In January 2017, Evan Barrett retired from his position as Director of Business & Community Outreach for the Highlands College of Montana Tech in Butte which he had held for 4 years. While at Highlands/Tech Evan also taught some classes. As part of his role at Highlands/Montana Tech, Evan was also heavily engaged in film-making about Montana history, including his 43 episode series “In the Crucible of Change,” which focuses on Montana’s 2nd Progressive Era between 1965 and 1980.

Since 1969, Evan has been active and involved at the top level of Montana economic development, government, politics, and education.

Yellowstone Democratic Study Club is an independent organization working to bring community leaders to discuss a variety of issues in weekly breakfast hour sessions.
